Connecting you to your food

Eat local. Eat natural. Eat well.

Food. We all eat it every day...sometimes all day. And if you are what you eat it seems kind of important to know what you are eating. Is it really even "food" or just a bunch of ingredients

put together to taste like a "food?"

Around here, we're striving for ethics and excellence in the food we eat, and I'm passionate about helping others do the same! Home- or locally-grown vegetables, fruits and pastured (not commercially grown) meats are the most natural and the best choices of food for a healthy, satisfying and sustainable life.  So, whether you're looking to grow some of your own food, get connected to other local growers/farmers who'll do it for you, or learn how to cook and prepare natural foods, I'm committed to bringing you as close as possible to knowing the source of your food. As a result, we'll all eat better, feel better, and waste less.

And though our food views may differ...I am happy to sit at the table (literally!) with Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Gluten-Free and Grain-Free friends. I hope you'll become a part of our community as we all strive for the simplicity of learning, eating and living together - naturally and sustainably.
